Pasta Adele - Pasta & Pasta Sauces

Pasta Adele products are handmade on the family property in the King Valley, at the foot of Paradise Falls in the small hamlet of Cheshunt.

Silvana’s pasta is made using only natural ingredients, whole free range eggs and durum wheat flour, proudly containing no artificial preservatives, colours or flavouring.

The pasta is hung and allowed to dry naturally, giving it a longer shelf life.

The Adele range of pastas include: Italian mixed herbs, Chilli, Spinach, Cracked pepper, Squid Ink, Gluten Free and Plain varieties, with some other surprises in the pipeline.

We also have ready to serve pasta sauce to compliment our pasta, in Plain or Capsicum and Parmesan with more styles to come.
